Cross Country

The 2024 Macarthur Zone Cross Country Carnival is being held at Kirkham Park, Elderslie on Wednesday 29th May (Week 5 Term 2).

Students and spectators will be based within the Camden Rams RLFC facility. Parents/Carers may park in the new carpark adjoining the facility, or in any of the other parking spaces off Hilder Street. There will be only one entry/exit to the facility, via the gate next to the new carpark.

Schools will be situated on the hill overlooking the Football field, and spectators have been allocated the area of the hill closest the entry/exit gate.

A canteen will be in operation on the day, as well as a BBQ. However, stock for the canteen may be limited, so students are encouraged to pack their own food and drink for the day. The BBQ will accept cash only as it is run by Elderslie High School, whereas the canteen will accept card payment.

There will be no coursewalk at the beginning of the event this year. The course map is outlined in the image below.

Students are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the course ahead of time.

The timetable of events is below. This is subject to change. Announcements for each event will be made via the PA system at the venue.

Macarthur Zone hoodies will be available for purchase at the venue, with card payment accepted.
